  I Love all Gelson's Markets, however, this one is limited to choices. I guess I like more variety.
  When you carry the lines I like, I want to take home at least two flavors if not three or four. I don't like having to go elsewhere. Nice folks though.

  I won't be back. I've been shopping at this new(ish) Long Beach store at PCH and 2nd St since it opened because the deli and fish are super. However I've stood at that deli-counter too many times watching too many employees that are too busy to sell me some food. Whole Foods is just down the street. Their deli and fish are also super. Ralph's is just around the corner, and their prices for common commodities are better.. Trader Joe's is just kitty corner. I used to think the Gelson's vacant parking lot (a rare sight in this part of town) was just due to their higher prices but now I'm thinking part of it is also the lousy deli service. I'm fortunate to have lots of choices and I choose not to patronize a market that is too busy to sell me some food.
