  If I could give "0" stars ...or even negative stars I would. I am a GOLD member at enterprise... use the service every other weekend and for travel for 3 years now they all know me very well at the ocean blvd enterprise... took advice from a neighbor to give Avis a try this weekend... HUGE mistake... Got an economy vehicle for $45 to drive into LA.. took car back a little after 4pm only went to LA from Long beach... called them today only to be told I was being charged another $39.00 dollars for gas... now I make it a habit to take photos of every car I rent inside and out and take photos of the gas hand when I exit the car.. time stamped.. I barely used a quarter of a tank but regardless .. I have never ever been charged that much to rent any level car for a day with ENTERPRISE... they will even give you a discount on upgrades. $84 dollars for a KIA Sole box car for a day. DONT waste your time going to Avis... go right up the street same side of street to ENTERPRISE and get a much better car for a few dollars less and no surprise huge charges for your gas used. Not to mention they might even throw you in an upgrade for half price. Highly recommend ENTERPRISe over FRAUD Avis. The only good thing was the customer service from Andrew... great customer service from him.. terrible car rental experience from Avis. Could have had a new customer every other weekend... now im going to make sure I tell every business partner I have and every business in the area NEVER USE AViS.
