  Bad attitude. I called b4 i came in and was told my service would be $13. But Told me a different price when i came in. Lied and said the prices just changed. They also offered the other ladies water and completely ignored me. Might i add they (all the other customers waiting) where white, i hate to go there but looks bad when the only African woman in the shop gets ignored and they raise the price all off a sudden. I Didn't want to give it any stars but u have to in order to write a review. Horrible!
