  I have to start by saying it was a blessing to have met such a trainer whom was incredibly knowledgeable on explaining WHY rather that rushing into a workout.
  I am in my 20s and I have battled with an irregularity in getting my lady cycle throughout my whole life in addition to frequent young adult acne. After working with Dave I have charted my cycles and they are back to normal and my acne has gotten much better.Dave knows what he is doing and views things in a medical way and will explain to you WHY rather than just doing. His level of professionalism in a personal trainer and wanting the overall well being in achieving your goals is what he stands for. Whether you are new to the gym or looking to target something very specific(as in my case) he is the trainer for you. It is a blessing to get to be trained by such a great Personal trainer whom is welcoming and will keep it real with you no matter what. He is also a bit humorous and very easy to talk to if you need advice or a good laugh. Very upbeat and will defiantly motivate you !
