  Dmitri helped me out of difficult situation that I put MYSELF in. DON'T try to read between the lines people. MOST people that pawn items NEED $ to get themselves out of a mess that THEY GOT THEMSELVES INTO. The Pawn Shop Manager, worker or owner DIDN'T get you into the situation that caused you to have to pawn ANYTHING. So the people that have written bad reviews for this shop came into the establishment with HIGH expectations (or HIGH), not enough info or the right info about the item they are trying to pawn. For the most part.USE COMMON SENSE & think about the daily grind that the staff have to go thru with people that come in there wanting the world for a headless Han Solo figurine!
