  This place is a the worst and I wish someone would have warned me. My FA had been with a different company for over 6 months before they told me. Every time I called they told me that she would call me back. Some times Millicent her assistant would call me to try to drag it out and keep my money there. When I would call Millicent back she was at lunch, on vacation, left the office blah, blah blah. They Sophis (sp?) called and left me messages, same story with her but then she went on pregnancy leave and had the nerve to ask if I wanted to put more money they and say there were a bunch of fees when I had been trying to take money out.........Susan in Beverly Hills was a new assigned person and kept telling me I wasn't giving the right papers. This is a poorly managed office4 never working for you
  stay away .
