  This company needs some sort of review and audit for customer satisfaction. I was not even 30 days on a bill I forgot to pay and received threatening telephone calls and letters telling me they are going to shut off my utilities for $30 bucks due. Give me a break. In Europe this is illegal, you are not allowed to turn off services, they tried that and old people froze to death and now it is illegal. When the City of Long Beach is sued for services turned off resulting in a medical emergency they will adopt more polite practices. But until then, I suspect they are going to be unfriendly and poorly managed.
