  I went twice around 11:15 am, and there were already a line of 7 to 8 people waiting on line with a number....
  The first 5 people will be able to see the Vet After 1pm..
  The rest might not a able to see the Vet.. . It depends how busy or if any emergencies might have.... .I stayed there until 2pm ..and I did not was able to see the vet.....
