  This is my first time taking pilates. Ive taken classes with demetrious and brenda. Both excellent and challenging teachers. Five starr is clean, professional and the classes are small group of people. I like that it small and intimate, the teachers can help you and make sure youre doing everything safely. Also everyone attending the classes are really nice so thats always a plus too.
