  First visit. Gentleman working there (Dell) was a knowledgable, friendly, and answered all the questions I had about my 49" flatscreen. Turns out the LED bulb burned out and to replace one, you have to replace ALL of them together. Had the 49" for 5years so a repair seemed in order. Reasonable $170 replacement (parts/labor) and our flatscreen was ready for us within a weeks time.
