  My first negative Google review: This America's Tire lost my wheel key and turned my flat tire into an ordeal.
  
  Got a flat from a pothole yesterday and called AAA to get the spare put on. They come and say the wheel key is missing from the spare tire kit so they can't do anything. So now I'm jumping through hoops and making tons of phone calls to get a working vehicle!
  
  I've had my tires changed once at it was at this location so I called them about it. They said they don't have it and that they would have called me if they kept it on accident. Said they don't even have a VW key there.
  
  Well they changed my tire so they must have used my wheel lock key and must have kept it. Then they probably threw it away instead of calling me to let me know.
  
  They've created an ordeal for me and offered nothing in return! Terrible treatment towards a customer when they clearly made a mistake.
  
  A national tire selling company should have a policy in place to make the situation right for a customer that they put in this situation.
