  We have Insurance coverage for our trucking company but Oh MAN !!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.When you call over the phone you have to (its a MUST) speak to at least 3-4 different people before they can direct you to the right person, even if you have the policy assigned to one specific agent. You have to talk to all these people all asking the same questions. RIDICULOUS.
  Not to mention when you apply for a bond,they take for ever to send you paperwork & when you follow up on it, they have all these excuses, " oh the office hasn't reached out to us yet". "oh its not approved yet". If they tell you they will call you back , don't wait for a phone call because they wont call you ONLY IF ITS FOR your money !!!!!!
