  Terrible customer support from Cynthia. Called a few months ago, and she was no help. Then, fortunately, got the same girl calling back only this time was worse. I told her my spa was leaking from the heater pump and i didn't know which gasket to buy. I told her I had the bubble spa that is widely used, she said she'd need the exact model number and that I couldn't google it. (later a quick googling revealed the number). So, I left the office wen to the spa and got the ubiquitous number only to have her tell me they didnt' sell any parts for internal leaks. I asked, why then have me go to the spa and retrieve the model number? No intelligible response. I then asked her name, and she said "cynthia" the same one you spoke to last time. I asked if you were any help then, and remembered they were of no help. She said, then "we sell the parts on the website so you'll need to go there". Which is where i went only to come back to the absymal support. BTW, cost quoted for the leaky gasket? More than I paid for the entire unit less than 12months ago. I then, asked to speak with her manager, and she informed me she would need my address first. WTH!!
