  The Hertz here at the Long Beach airport is extremely convenient because it is right outside the front door of the airport. They are a very small location with limited availability of vehicles. However, they seem to do a great job managing inventory to meet demand. I have used them 3 times in the past few months and in each case I was extremely pleased with the vehicle I received as well as the quality of service from the employees there. I found them to be extremely helpful, polite, and professional. I will definitely be using them for future trips through Long Beach.

  Easy in and out at this Hertz location. It is right across from baggage claim, so it's so convenient! Gold Club members have a separate kiosk to pick up the key, and the attendant will confirm your reservation. The vehicle we were given had a long scuff mark at the front bumper, but no Hertz rep was around the lot to advise us, so we just took photos and went on our way. Vehicle was clean and drove well. Upon returning the vehicle, we mentioned the prior damage to the attendant and she asked to see the photos. She gave us no issues, except to remind us to let someone know next time, so it can be documented or give us a different vehicle.
