  2012 Tacoma "extended cab"----an absurd $15.00 four basic wash---no cleaning necessary, of rear seat area or truck bed---by the time I paid & immediately walked across the stree for a bite to eat, they were done with it---I questioned this, so I walked back & "SHE" said "YES" it was ready--tipped $2.00 & only after I drove off, noticed everything---fact: truck was mostly "air dried", as there were water spots all over it, roof still had standing water on it, same markings on inside of glass that were there before I pulled in, dust all over the cab & console. They do NOT like to vacuum. They like to "blow it out"!!!!!
  Spoke with owner & (of course) he wanted to rectify this. But that is NOT the point, is it????? Who has time to "go back"?? This should not of happened & (I agree) too many females there, that like to gossip!
  This establishing does not even "post" their hours of operation, enough so you can see it from the street. I had to drive all the way in to ask someone.
  Joined their "rewards" program (previously) & when I paid, the "female" running the desk, did not even ask me about this "at all"! She certainly was "on top of it" as far as asking a customer, before me, if they wanted to join. But when it came to me, she did not ask me if I had this, at all. Apparently, one is supposed to simply "punch in" their phone number on the key pad & "that's it"! I did not know that! Seems to me, that if they are running this (rewards?????) program, they should inquire, as far as each customer, is concerned.
  Also, if anyone is going to ask about this program, do NOT say "club"!!!! Female at desk had NO IDEA what I was talking about, when I inquired about this program.
  Owner said he had 14 cameras in place. Now that's funny!
  Unprofessional--all employees want, are the "tips"!!!!! But HEY!! It's a car wash!! They are a "dime a dozen" these days & ALL are of the same caliber..............
  In my opinion, the "supervisor" (or someone) should check each & every vehicle "personally". But we all know, that's not going to happen. They got my money, offered to correct the discrepancies, but NEVER an offer for refund!!!!!
  I agree, that this is a "low paying" job. However, no matter what the job, one should give it "their all"!! Especially, when one has "signed on"!!

  Rip off!!! The girl that answers the phone told me that shampooing starts at $85 and goes up depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Understandable. I took a 93 suburban to get the inside shampooed and outside washed, charged me $130. Not two weeks later I take a 97 ford explorer and wants to charge me $130 for the same work on a smaller truck. My suburban has cloth seats which required shampooing and explorer has leather, so how can they possibly be the same in price??? He was the same employee that gave me the price for the suburban. And when I tell him about the suburban he said all trucks are $130 small cars $110. I told them the girl on the phone said it starts at $85 and he said no. The manager was not in so I'm waiting to speak with him on the issue. Ridiculous!
