  They pray on old cars, paid 57 dollars, failed because of a 1/4 inch hole from a wrench I dropped on my filter's housing (which I sealed). Go next door where they don't fail you for whichever reason they want. I even asked my mechanic, he says this place will fail you 3-4 times and just tell you "well the car is old" after cashing you out on these subjective visual inspections at 57 dollars a pop. Just don't. Look somewhere else. They will never tell you the state pays them to get older cars off the road. They will just say it's not their fault. I took it down the street to California Smog where they laughed and passed me with flying colors, this place is a joke don't waste your time.
  
  So now you're saying you charged me wrong? Sounds like one hell of a business your running. Passing whoever, charging whoever, for whatever price. Don't make me out to be some reprobate like I can't read the #3 at the end of the name of your business. Furthermore, I guarantee more than half the time people say "went down the street" don't mean it literally but I guess you didn't have much more to come back with, anyway. Try solving the problems i've listed instead of trying to put it off as me being stupid, not even having the right establishment. It's unprofessional, don't point fingers at the customer, fix your business.

  Total ripoff. Paid $50 for the check and failed because a hose had a crack in it. No problem. Took it to my mechanic who fixed it. Went back for free retest but apparently my hose is not the "right" part so the guy failed me again. While waiting also saw another person with a failure. Seems like they fail everyone to get your 50 bucks. Go elsewhere.
