  I have the AAA towing my car To drop at American Depot this afternoon -Sat Nov 25, about 1:15 pm the car need to change a tire on front passenger side.
  This car had service with the shop in June ‘2017 for 4 new tires & happy with last service.
  Today , The staff said they will give me a call when ready to be pick up.
  Until,4:08 pm before the shop closed ,my husband & i never get a call , so we called in& the staff said they will call when finished.
  At 4:40 pm, no one called back ,so We called again.
  We asked if the car need to stay overnight till Sunday, but the staff said , they not work on Sunday , they will work on my car & not close the shop till they done & they will call me back.
  Ok, we don’t want to bother & so we wait till 6:30 pm, and the line said “ out of the service hours”
  The staff was not return our call to update the status of the car or not even let us know what are they doing to our car?
  how my husband will going to go to work?
  We will on Monday to figure out, what was wrong with your customer service?
